The fittest athletes that Asia and Australia have to offer will descend on Wollongong this weekend for the 2015 Regional CrossFit Qualifiers. Competitors will vie for a spot in the World CrossFit Games in July.
The athletes will flex their muscle at the WIN Entertainment Centre tomorrow.
CrossFit is a workout that builds strength and conditioning through varied and challenging exercises.
Competitors must show a proficiency in each of the 10 general physical skills: cardiovascular/respiratory endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, agility, balance, coordination and accuracy.
