Renovations are set to begin at URAC next month to replace the building’s 40-year-old leaking roof. The development will cost the university around $2.25 million, with the state-of-the-art modern design to boost water and energy efficiency.

Executive Director Paul Manning says that customers will not be affected by the overhaul, with innovative plans ensuring all areas of the gym will remain operational over the six-month construction.
