The latest workshop in the UOW Good Life series is on this Thursday at 11:30 in the CSE meeting rooms in building 11. This week’s workshop is called Keeping Your Health In Check and it will let people know about health issues that can be screened or checked and how often you can do it. Presented by the UOW Wellbeing Centre, the series is a free weekly workshop promoting professional and life skills that has been running for this semester and free light lunch is provided to those who get there first.

“Keeping healthy means not waiting until you’re sick to look after yourself; it’s about being in sync with your body and doing something about it when you notice something’s not quite right,” UOW student life says.
