Prominent members of the arts community are participating in a networking event and exclusive after-hours tour at Sydney’s Museum of Contemporary Art (MCA) tonight.

MCA Senior Curator, University of Wollongong alumnus and former UOW Art Collection Curator Glenn Barkley is giving guests his insights into the collection and artists behind the works of ‘Volume One: MCA Collection’.

Among special guests attending the event are: UOW Chancellor Ms Jillian Broadbent, AO; Vice-Chancellor Professor Paul Wellings, CBE; Executive Dean of UOW’s Faculty of Law, Humanities and the Arts, Professor Amanda Lawson; artist, archaeologist and art historian Professor Diana Wood Conroy; CEO of Carriageworks, Ms Lisa Havilah; CEO of the Australian Music Centre, Mr John Davis; Director and CEO of the National Institute of Dramatic Art, Ms Lynne Williams; Curator of Product Design at the Powerhouse Museum, Ms Angelique Hutchison; presenter, writer and producer at SBS-TV, Mr Silvio Rivier; and visual artist at DWF Art Studio, Dr Dong Wang Fan.
