University of Wollongong Student Anneliese Hudson is among a group of UOW students travelling around the country this week to end poverty.
The movement will see 1000 youth travel Australia wide, collecting signatures for a petition to be delivered to the Australian parliament in Canberra.
Currently 24, 000 children die daily due to poverty. The petition aims to challenge the government on raising foreign aid from 35c of every dollarto 70c of every $100 of national income raised.
